GrantState = "live" | "expired" | "suspended" | "revoked" | string & object

A grant’s state for display. Unlike status, it includes expired: an active grant whose term has ended is expired. revoked and suspended take precedence over expiry, so a revoked grant whose term also ended is revoked.
