What readConfig returns. ok: false when EDGEKIT_TENANT_HOST, EDGEKIT_SITE_ID or EDGEKIT_UPSTREAM_URL is missing or unusable, and the proxy then passes requests through unmodified. ok: true may still carry issues: a setting the proxy ignored or replaced with its default.
